Ability to paste image or file

Have you considered allowing users to paste an image or file, similar to the way GitHub does, e.g. below this very box I see:

This is such a nice UX vs hunting down a file on a filesystem.

Thanks for your feedback and for the suggestion.

Implementing this feature shouldn't be too hard, I did a bit of research and found out a way to listen for the paste event and handle the action data (see this post more details).

We'll work on this as soon as possible.

Thanks for your interest in this library, I can confirm that this task has yet to be implemented.

Consider making you changes on the v4.x branch, to avoid having to port it later this month (when hopefully we'll release the new v4.x).
