Please check the following once

Do you add all the necessary records? and those are propagated correctly
SMTP Ports are open SMTP Port (usually 587, 465)
Encryption (SSL/TLS/None)
Username (often the full email address)
Password

I did not add any SMTP account. When I installed the Billion Mail software, I only added a domain and started sending. There was no issue when I added the first domain, but when I tried to add another domain, I got this error.
