[Feature Request] Support for Apple's Linux containers on macOS

@ventsislav-georgiev which of the following integrations are you looking at?

1. Colima being able to manage the runtime of containerization, and there would be no need to call container system [start, stop] e.t.c.
2. Colima utilising containerization as the backend instead of a traditional VM.

For 1, I do not see much value except to provide a common UX for all container runtimes.

For 2, there a number of benefits including faster startup time, improved isolation/security, less dependencies e.t.c. However, apple/container#92 is required to support running Docker and other runtimes.

For what it's worth, I did the PR for reason 1. In a landscape where there's so many tools, it's nice to learn one.

Lets hope docker support comes soon.

@abiosoft The issue apple/container#92 is now closed with statement:

Closing as systemd is operational in main as far as I can see from a couple images. We'll reopen if we find anything that is non-operational

I came across https://github.com/socktainer/socktainer, a bridge between Docker API and Apple containers.
It allows the use of docker commands, but for running Apple containers instead.
