[Imaging Browser] Make imaging browser Info configurable

The MRI browser displays a number of information from the MINC or DICOM header below the file, but these are hardcoded.

These should be configurable since different projects care about different headers.

@cmadjar I didn't notice this ticket (2019), if it is still valid, I will add this feature on 27 or 28, if it is out of date, please close it. is this header info?
