[Dictionary] Split "enum" data type into two columns

Discussed in the LORIS meeting on Jan 31, 2023:

We should replace the enum data type display (currently "option 1; option 2; option 3") into two columns. The data type is still "enum" and add a new format/values column that displays the options (or format for other data types such as date)
