Add 'Visit windows' tab on 'Candidate Information' page

Site users would benefit from easy access to the 'Optimal' and 'Permitted' age window based on the participant's Date of Birth (DoB) and associated project. For this purpose, a new tab could be added to the 'Candidate Information' page where the 'Optimal' and 'Permitted' age windows could be displayed. Likewise, the 'Visit Windows' table could be displayed after registration of a new profile on the 'New Profile' page (see screenshot).

Additionally, a link to an external 'Age calculator' could be included as an additional tool for sites to calculate modified windows based on different age ranges (See #8367).
