Imaging browser issue for v24

Describe the bug
We are testing version 24 and these issues were observed:
The elements are not well-aligned, Also, QC, Slected, and Caveat dropdowns are not well-aligned. If we open the "header info" the table has many bugs, Also the Download DICOM link has issues (screenshots)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Imaging browser
2. Search for candidate 171413
3. open "native" in Links
4. Check the title and tag elements on top of the boxs
