Brief summary of changes

This PR translates Candidate_List according to the #9797 to Hindi.
The translation strings were added to the Hindi .po file and converted into JSON using the i18next-conv tool at build time. The module registers its localized strings using i18next.addResourceBundle.

Currently blocked by #9797 , #9893 and #9898

This seems to be missing the translations? Did you forget to git add them?

@SKADE2303 This needs to be rebased as well.. now that the candidate_list PR is merged I expect it should only have the translation file and the addResourceBundle/import in the jsx.
