Is it possible to display the Filter WebPart taxonomy picker in different languages like the Result Webpart by enabling localization? |

Filter Web Part and the Vizualizer work together.
By applying
autoprefix and enabling localization, the filters use this configuration to display the values.In other words, yes, you can.
