OUTPUT_TEMPLATE autonumber does not work beyond 1

Generally, the feature works when attempting various template outputs except for autonumber and video_autonumber. It downloads the first video but any other video from the same site won't increment. There is no error in the GUI. Here is my configuration:

OUTPUT_TEMPLATE=%(webpage_url_domain)s - %(autonumber)d.%(ext)s

Steps:

1. Provide LinkA from SiteA to MeTube
2. Provide LinkB from SiteA to MeTube

Results:

1. "SiteA - 1.mp4" > downloaded successfully
2. "SiteA - 2.mp4" > does not download and no visual errors
