Documentation on process?

I was working on doing this for RSV when I found that it appears to be already completed. This looks great!

But I was hoping you had some documentation on the process you are using to generate these barcode files for the different viruses. Is that available somewhere? Or could it be added? Is it automated or a manual process?

I'm so glad to hear that the RSV barcode files are looking great! We used Freyja Pathogen Workflow v2 to generate the barcode. For RSV A, the data source is Nextstrain RSV A, and for RSV B, it's Nextstrain RSV B.

The process is semi-automated: we receive alerts when the data source is updated, and then we initiate a workflow that generates the barcode.
