Bedrock streaming decoder error not returned

When there is an error captured within Bedrock's eventstreamDecoder.err, it is, however, never used by the wrapper's Err(). Therefore, using the pattern provided in the README.md to capture streaming error does not work.

Thanks for the reply. I was using v0.2.0-alpha.8, which includes the commit 234d010 resolving #71. The error is now correctly set within Bedrock's eventstreamDecoder.err. Thank you.

However, this issue is about the newly captured error not being surfaced in the wrapper's Err(). The screenshot in the issue description should help illustrate the problem. I propose to return s.decoder.err if s.err == nil.
