Claude does not understand that it does have the correct bash permissions

Describe the bug
On my local machine, and on other VMs, my package json works with 'bun install'

Here's my allowed_tools:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Whenever claude runs my code via 'bun install', i see: Claude requested permissions to use Bash, but you haven't granted it yet.

Expected behavior
It should be able to run arbitrary bash or bun commands, bun install is explicitly allowed.

            Before you finish making your changes, commit your current branch and then do a `bun run scripts/testing/runGithubTests.ts [current branch] main`, which runs all the tests that you need to use in parallel that are committed from the current branch, and prints out tests that are failing.
            
            When you're finished, add, commit, and push your changes to the original branch name, and make a PR to staging if there isn't one already. When resolving merge conflicts, remember to force push to the current branch (but never force push to main).
