Update `ingest_source` function to provide guidance on Simbad resolvable source names

Prompt user to double check the primary identifiers being added and provide guidance on how to change but keep simbad resolvable. E.g., swap the primary identifier to be S Ori 70 rather than [BZR99] S Ori 70
