"reload" button for notebook tree #2758
Description
The notebook tree is static and can easily become out of date if people work in parallel. It would be nice to have a "reload" icon (or similar) to update the notebook tree as well as the "Recent" list. Alternatively, it could be done automatically in the background depending on feasibility.
