Since April 2025 Cognito supports Refresh Token rotation. It's a very important quality of life feature that would prevent users from force signing out on token expiry

Bumping aws-sdk-swift to version that support Refresh Token rotation

Just to add more context. Simply bumping up aws-sdk-swift version won't give you direct access to the newly released feature. Amplify team would have to build this new feature in the library. Using the new API directly using an escape hatch will also not work with existing Amplify library because token management implementation doesn't allow the library users to write tokens.

We will keep the issue updated as we look to build this in.
