Codestar plugin for eclipse does not resolve dependency of CodeCommit

To reproduce:
Install Eclipse for Java EE , 2018-12
Add aws toolkit and choose AWS code star to be installed

Expected:
AWS codestar gets installed by automatically resolving dependency or it shows its dependencies in the installation view.

Actual:
Eclipse throws an error. Complaining about missing Codecommit.

I also could see the issue on 2018-12 and 2019 -03.
I think You guys need to make another build for latest versions of Photon.
com.amazonaws.eclipse.codestar really need the dependency called com.amazonaws.eclipse.codecommit.I don't see any references there. Maybe there is some other purpose for it. Not sure exactly.

The error is something like this
