Windows setup instructions

The documentation needs to do a much better job of describing how to get this working on Windows. The only current reference to "Windows" in the entire README.md appears under some application called "kiro" which I've never heard of before.

The installation / setup area has absolutely nothing about Windows, and it's drastically different setup than Linux or MacOS.

Thank you for the feedback. We will look into what we can do to improve the guidance for Windows. Do you have anything to share that helped or are you blocked?

I'm currently unblocked. I just wasted a couple of hours running into errors because the setup documentation did not indicate that there's a separate process for Windows.

Since the setup section did not indicate there's a separate process for Windows, I logically assumed it would work. I simply followed the directions, and ran into problems. It's not really practical to expect AWS customers to search directory-by-directory to find what should appear in the "Installation & Setup" section.
