Description
Current Behaviour
When using Auto Shot on a Hunter, every time when the weapon "recharges"/swing timer reset, it will instantly shoot an bullet/arrow at the target.
Expected Behaviour
When using Auto Shot on a Hunter, when the Swing Timer resets/is done, yyou need to stand still for a bit while your character loads the gun/pulls the bow before you shoot. This should not be instant, but the animation should have some time.
I read on the discord that this "draw-time" used to be 0.5 seconds on older builds, but that is was changed due to people having proof the 0.5 is wrong. I think it used to be a percentage (around 15%) of weapon speed, but I cant find definitive proof yet.
In it current state, the instant shoot feels very wrong, and any change would make it much better (even isthe 0.5 sec is technically not correct, it will "feel"much better than the current state).

Steps to reproduce the problem
- install a swing timer (for example Quartz)
- create a hunter
- use auto shot on a mob
- run away
- when the swing timer resets, turn around
- you will fire the next shot instantly, without any delay
