Description
Add hash urls to each slide. This should make it possible to link or bookmark a specific slide.
If possible there should be an option to not store the history, so that the Back button functionality in the browser can be maintained.
The hash url should come from the id attribute on each slide. If there's no id, then the hash could simply be numeric.
