Tool per query/mutation to avoid overwhelming context

Hello :) I played around with the MCP, I think a big optimization would be to expose more tools, in order to avoid dumping large introspection schemas to the LLM.
Exposing 1 tool per query/mutation would also give higher chances of requests working, instead of struggling with generating exact GQL syntax, and exhausting the context window.

I am actually working on that use case (again) in PR #3

Originally already had this available in that same PR but ran into issues with the complexity of input variables (take the PokeApi for example) and the amount of tools it would create. My idea is to allow this use case again but on an opt-in basis where you define the operations you want to enable as a tool.
