Describe the bug
cake maps fees levels as:

|---|---|---|
| auto | auto | 0 |
| slow | unimportant | 1 |
| medium | normal | 2 |
| fast | elevated | 3 |
| fastest | priority | 4 |
fastest doesn't work atm
note: i need to test upstream
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
select any fee level
Construct tx
confirmation screen shows the real fee. All accurate, except for fastest, which shows unimportant fee
