not valid api key values not alerted

When editing a model, if api key set is not a valid value, that's not alerted when trying to save. Instead the value is not saved and you cannot be aware of it unless you enter again in edit for that model and see that the change has not been stored

I tried ABC1234, which failed.
Then I tried the auto-generated value and it succeeded.

The wording on the placeholder has been changed to indicate that a min of 10 chars is necessary and that invalid API keys will result in a generated one.
