Binding specific local IP addresses to ChromiumBrowser instances individually

Hi fellas,
it's interesting that no any answers come up when I search for this.

Is there a way to force ChromiumBrowser to use specific local IP address during the whole session so that I can assign different local IP addresses to each browser instances ?

Chromium doesn't support this to the best of my knowledge.
