In CEF Framework ist using 10.0.22621
In Nuget chromiumembeddedframework.runtime.win-x64 is 10.0.26100

My Problem is 26100 ist not load able on Windows Server 2019
Windows 10/11 Server 2022 ist working

CefSharp ships the same version that CEF includes. CEF currently includes 10.0.26100.3323

CefSharp simply repackages the official CEF builds available from https://cef-builds.spotifycdn.com/index.html

Original upstream issue is chromiumembedded/cef#3814 you should discuss your problem there.
