  • need to provide a bunch of helpful resources to contributors by means of the website but for starters, we can proceed with adding them to the README file.
  • this inclusion should have information and resources related to licensing and all the relevant tools which are involved in the development process.
  • since this would be eventually replaced with the content on the site, we still need to provide proper and helpful resources to the community. for closing this issue, let's just focus on simple and obvious things for now like licensing and markup languages/tools, etc.
