[bug] [new] Migration of results from one phase to another doesn't work #3459
Description
I'm currently running two competitions on CodaLab, which both have a competition and a post-competition stage. The problem is that despite "Auto-migration" is checked at every phase, results are not migrated from the fisrt one to the second one. My browser is Firefox 121.0.1 (64-bit), and I added pavao as an admin of both competitions.
In competition №16818, results for the second phase are displayed as emply tables.
In competition №16822, results for the second phase are not displayed at all (which may be connected to issue 3458).
