• when an identifier is set, then the Reserve Identifier-Button and the Venue-Dropdowns cannot be clicked anymore

So I am currently just waiting on the Pull Request #51 by @Subhanaliweb to be merged, so I can start working with Subhans submission Form and add my own field

When that pull request is merged, then I will put this issue from ready to In progress and start working on it

I will use the methods @Subhanaliweb used for now and once he has reimplemented the Submission Form using Vue.js I will update my UI as well to use Vue based on the example that Subhan used (see #30)

It looks like this right now. Nothing special or like it looks in the mock-ups. It is more so just the very first version for me to understand how the fields of the submission form work.

I used the submission-fields.js file provided by Subhan to style my fields and to create the necessary buttons.
