Fix Browse Testimony Tabs on Mobile

Problem

When you:

• Navigate to the Browse Testimony page on the Mobile view
• Click the tabs at the top (All / Users / Organizations)
• Notice that the testimony search results do not filter at all

Notably, the tabs on this page work as expected in the Desktop view and filter the search results correctly.

Success Criteria

• Determine what is causing the Browse Testimony tabs to fail only in the Mobile view
• Fix the tabs so that they correctly filter search results in the Mobile view just like they do in the Desktop view.
