Tabbed row is below footer (Accessibility)

When tabbing through earnings rows, the tabbed row can become hidden by the footer (see video)

Can you please suggest what is desired behavior in this case. A couple of ways I think we can solve this is.

1. Hide the footer from view until the user reaches bottom of the view.
2. Have button be separate and place at left and right extremities.
