Endpoint of (mysql) connections not changed if provider endpoint is updated

What happened?

I updated (fixed) an issue where one deployment was using the direct DB svc instead of the haproxy (PXC db cluster).

When we updated the provider connection secret the generated endpoints did not change, even after restarting the sql-provider deployment while still claiming the resources as reconciled.

I would expect the endpoint to change when reconciling configurations.

How can we reproduce it?

Change the db host in the sql-provider connection secret after creating a database. The endpoint in the generated connection resource does not change

What environment did it happen in?

Crossplane version: 1.19.0
sql-provider version: 0.11.0

I think the issue is that getPassword is used (across mysql, mssql, postgresql) to detect if the password has been changed, but there's no check for the other parameters.

This would have to be checked in Observe and probably in Update, unless we can/should always publish the full connection details in Update
