Hi, I have the same problem, but after I modified my "defineConfig"

            return launchOptions;

        });

    },
});

I'm currently using CyPress version 14.5.0. I've tried using the NO_PROXY and HTTP_PROXY environment variables, but I've had no success. For some reason, my project's Cypress only captures the HTTP_PROXY variable, not the NO_PROXY one.
In practice, in this case, the one who opens the browser is Cypress itself, but it doesn't seem to understand. Could anyone help me?
