Very USEFUL notification design

There is an app called in your face. Before the events on the calendar it covers up the whole screen with a zoom join icon and reminds you. With traditional notifications you might not see them but this app crashes that risk basically.

So as a calendar app, this is a must I think and everyone would appreciate it
