Incorrect time for browser notifications

For an event imported from Google Calendar, the Daybridge browser notification is an hour off the correct time - I've included my Apple Calendar notification for comparison:

For me, this seems to be the case even with events created within Daybridge. Looks like I'm getting notifications in UTC.
