Have a Focus mode

let's assume I use this calendar for both personal and work, while looking at it from a personal side, I may want to see my work time as a big annotation, with no more details (8-5) being blocked for example.

when I move the focus to work, then I would like my personal items to be blurred away (unless close to the current time), and more details to whatever work items I may have set between the 8-5 work window.

Other focus may be of interest, ideally connect that with Windows/iOS focus stuff and we are in business.
