🎂 Birthdays and Holidays - Add "repeats yearly" option and "all-day event"

would love to be able to keep track of events or special days that aren't a specific time but just all-day
(St. Patrick's Day, Moving Day, Pi Day, Mom's Birthday, etc) and have them set to repeat yearly. 🎂

I also need this for holidays - I want to be able to see that I'm on a break (I'm a teacher) and then plan my day.
