Various problems pointed out by Nightmare9202 (and some other fixed I had done but didn't commit oops)

  • M1 - can jump out of shuttle
  • M2 - some "statue" officers can be killed
  • M2 - can sequence break the raising platform in hologram room
  • M3 - screen transitions can break in doorways

Along with these I also reduced the "Loading" time at the start of M1, which seems to be unnecessary (at least on modern hardware).
