DM does not install TTS packages

To repeat:

1. Open DI on Windows, run as admin (it works, installs other programs)
2. Ask for update of sma, smj, sme
3. Get the update for keyboard and speller as normal
4. for tts, get the following error message (with red x):

"An internal error occurred while attempting to download: https://pahkat.uit.no/artifacts/sma-voice-female_0.3.0_windows_amd64.exe"

The same error message (modulo filename) is repeated for smj, sme.

• sme (for "Divvun TTS": same error-message, but sme instead of sma)

Divvun Mangager version is Divvun Manager 2.5.0.1+c7cd77a519, Windows version is the last updated one.

This issue actually has implications beyond the TTS tools, cf. the following report:

For å spele vidare på den, fekk eg beskjed med ein kollega at dei ikkje fekk til å laste ned rettskrivingshjelpa heller via divvun-grensesnittet. Det verka som at nedlastinga av talesyntesen kom før i rekkja, og difor stogga heile prosessen før ein kom til rettskrivinga.

In DM, the resources come in different order, and are installed in the order listed. When TTS is listed before the spellers, the DM halts, and the dysfunctional TTS download thus blocks installing the speller and keyboard (or whatever follows).

I observed this reported behaviour (yesterday) for North Sámi (where TTS is listed first). It might be the collegue figured in this error report tried to install North Sámi as well, the report did not tell. In any case: Installing of the North Sámi spellchecker is blocked as long as this bug is open.
