Activate GDC tests in semaphore-ci

Semaphore-ci GDC tests were deactivated in PR #1740 as it throws unrelated tests failure (e.g. in test remove-interactive).

The test failure have to be investigated and semaphore-ci GDC tests have to be reactivated.

Semaphore-CI is long gone. We still need to re-enable GDC on Github Actions, which is #3009
