Add a CI step to publish Helm chart #153
Description
The Helm chart existing is great! It's a great form of documentation and I can delete my old cloned repo and custom chart.
The next step to simplify usage of this tool would be to publish that chart to somewhere like https://artifacthub.io/ so that we can avoid syncing a repo up and use this like most other k8s tools (thinking things like external-secrets, ingress-nginx, cert-manager, etc).
Not critical, but a nice to have for things like this.
