So I will go right to the point with some visual comparisons included:
1. Number of loaded extensions:
The number of fetched extensions seems rather low when compared to the VS Code, I sometimes tend to scroll a bit through extensions so it would be nice if the loading was paged (paginated) as the VS Code has or atleast have it in a way that the number of loaded extensions can be changed in settings:

2. Extremely sparse "settings"
Extremely sparse "settings" (cog) options for extensions in compression with the VS Code. It cant be even called settings because since the "Settings" option is not showing (the example does not have it, it has custom options which are not present). This is a bit painful since you always have to search for them manually...

This might be somewhat related to this but most likely it is not...
3. Rather problematic responsive of the extensions tab
When make smaller, the install/uninstall and settings button will get pushed away by the author name which creates this weird effect when some extensions have it, and some do not but most importantly, I cant click on it :/

Again, VS Code does not exhibit this problem:
4. About Theia Extentions
Eclipse Theia IDE has this concept of Theia Extensions, which are more tightly integrated with the IDE and are more powerful, while it still supports the traditional VS Code extensions (which is obvious). The question is, as an end user, where can I see the Theia Extensions are they in the same "extensions" tab seemlesly integrated for an end user or is there another tab.
Or are they entirely a technical thing that makes the IDE itself work, and are completely hidden and not modifiable for end users?
I have asked this the Eclipse Theia Chat GPT and he provided a somewhat expected and reasonable answer to this!
But If there are some inaccuracies, please tell me, but overall I am satisfied. Great quick help tool!
