WIN多客户端不能同时在线，如何解决

linux的服务器端，WIN多客户端不能同时在线，只能登录其中一个，另一个提示“ The server returned an error, which port or host may have been occupied or not allowed to open. c.o.com”，把在线的关了才能登录另一个，使用配置文件登录与使用cmd命令登录都试过了，如何解决？
