[Internal]: Confusing deprecation in the indices privileges list

Description

In this page, we are listing several deprecations for write-related operations on indices, at a glance:

• create is marked as deprecated
• create_doc is marked as deprecated
• index is marked as deprecated
• write is marked as deprecated

Now, upon more careful examination of the content of the deprecation, one would notice that what we are actually deprecating is the index mapping updates, which come "bundled-in" with these permissions in older versions of Elasticsearch.

I think this creates confusion for users, and we should change the "deprecation" tag to a note or a warning, as the header suggests the entire permission is being deprecated ("Deprecated in 8.0").
