[Panel] Spacing, margins and paddings #2723
Description
I know this would normally be a Kibana issue since it is dashboard related, but in order to have everything in one place I am creating it here since it also overlaps with details that are related to charts. Happy to move it if you think it's better
Panel padding
Increase padding between panel edges and panel title so that it gets aligned with chart. 14px might work but we need to check
Distance between axis title and axis labels
I am not entirely sure how it works at the moment and I am aware of the complexity of rotated labels, but we should try to reduce it slightly. This woul also give the chart a few additional pixels. Happy to explore all this together since I don't have a solid solution at the moment in term of precise number of pixels
