Avoid entire batch fail if some requests fail

### What feature should we add?

We should have a configuration that avoids a full batch fail if any one request in the batch fails. If the user wants, they can set a configuration that returns the full batch response, and where there are errors, we show the error in the response rather than raising an exception from the error.
