Upgrade pydantic

I have seen #3139 , #3141,#3424 ,I'm building supabase and it didn't work ,maybe pydantic should be upgrade!

I also try to change the requirement.txt ,but it didn't work either.
(when i delete the requirement.txt,it can generate an app but pydantic isn't in it.
