Error : Dashcoin wallet already running

After install wallet dashcoin in my windows 10 enterprise, get start with this error : Dashcoin wallet already running. The same problem with Bytecoin wallet. Why?

The GUI is deprecated a long time ago. Use the CLI until someone created newer compatible version
