• PORT - what port the service shall listen to
• TRELLO_APP_KEY
• TRELLO_TOKEN
• TRELLO_BOARD_ID
• TRELLO_START_COLUMN - column to start with (e.g. 1)
• TRELLO_STOP_COLUMN - column to stop with (e.g. 3)
