troubles with uv installation

On my Windows machine, I wasn't able to install uv using pip install uv, possibly due to permission issues. However, I found a workaround by using python -m pip install uv.

Using the same approach, I was able to create an environment with python -m uv venv, and I activated it successfully.

The problem now is that I can't install any libraries in the environment, because it says the uv command is not found.

Any idea how to fix this?
