Is there a service command, apart from the controller command in the cli?

I was checking the code for the cli and templates and found a command called service, I just wanted to know if it has already been implemented in the current version of the cli or if It is for future versions.

It has it, but currently the cli doesn't has at that commit a tag for golang can know what is the current version, in the docs are th ways for create a service. in #408 I've opened the issue.
